• Responsible for Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), and Process Safety Management (PSM) operations to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 systems.
• Plan, control, and monitor PSM operations as well as process risk management to prevent major Process Safety Incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments (e.g., Risk Assessment, HAZOP, JSA, or related tools), establish preventive measures, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Investigate and analyze the root causes of accidents, incidents, and near misses, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and follow up on preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Plan and perform safety audits for PSM systems, fire protection systems, machinery, chemicals, and contractors, and track the resolution of identified defects.
• Plan and conduct training on safety, occupational health, PSM, and emergency response in accordance with legal and company requirements.
• Prepare, analyze, and report safety performance data, while coordinating with internal departments, government agencies, customer auditors, and certification bodies.
• Support quality and environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and BRC) and continuously drive safety initiatives and activities.
