Production Operations
• Assist the Factory Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling daily factory operations.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and achievement of production targets.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Quality Management
• Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Support compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and other applicable food safety regulations.
• Investigate quality issues and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Safety & Compliance
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
Team Management
• Supervise production supervisors and operational staff.
• Support employee development through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Foster teamwork, discipline, and employee engagement across departments.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Lead and participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for management review.
Maintenance & Equipment Management
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and equipment improvement initiatives.
Budget & Cost Control
• Assist in managing factory operating expenses and productivity improvement programs.
• Monitor resource utilization and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Support annual budget planning and expense control activities.
