・At least 3 years of experience managing BMS or CPMS implementation projects. ・Hands-on experience in project financial management (P&L/cost control) and risk management. ・Proven track record of leading technical negotiations and requirements alignment with clients. ・Experience in managing and leading project/engineering teams. <Want> ・Experience in continuously reviewing and improving project processes ・Certifications related to project management (e.g., PMP, IT Engineer Certification) ・Experience in developing or implementing hardware, software, or networks ・Expertise in building automation communication protocols (such as BACnet and Modbus) and HVAC optimization control. ・English communication skills ・Experience in startups or business launch phases |
