• Identify and approach new target clients (such as factory owners, main contractors, or Japanese companies establishing new factories in Thailand) to present the company’s engineering solutions for HVAC and energy management systems.
• Visit clients to gather requirements and technical specifications to coordinate with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers and Estimators to determine system specifications and develop tailored quotations that meet client needs.
• Prepare project proposals and deliver presentations to clients' executives or engineering teams.
• Analyze Thai industrial market trends and the expansion of industrial estates to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements
o Open to any gender , age 23 -30 years old
o Bachelor’s degree in related t field
o English: Good to excellent command of written and spoken ( TOEIC 700 up)
o Japanese: Conversational to fluent proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher)
o Have experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or marketing within the engineering, HVAC, cleanroom, construction, or industrial manufacturing sectors at least 2- 3 years.
o Ability to understand basic engineering drawings, specifications, and technical concepts.
o Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
o Have a valid driving license
o Results-driven, resilient, and capable of managing long-term, high-value project sales cycles.
