1. Management Responsibilities
• Manage the department's budget to ensure it is utilized in accordance with the approved plan.
• Develop annual and long-term maintenance plans, including Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM), to minimize equipment breakdowns.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to subordinates to help them resolve issues and achieve their performance objectives.
• Supervise and control maintenance activities to ensure work is carried out according to the established plans.

2. Continuous Improvement
• Enhance the technical knowledge and capabilities of both self and subordinates.
• Participate in root cause analysis and provide recommendations for establishing maintenance standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve maintenance management efficiency.
• Support internal company activities, including 5S, Safety, CCCF, Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition, Kaizen, and QCC.
• Improve machine performance to ensure smooth, continuous, and safe production operations.

3. Technical Support
• Provide technical support and recommendations for maintenance improvement.
• Collaborate with the Production Department and other related departments to improve maintenance planning and execution.

4. Quality Management
• Ensure departmental KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are achieved by monitoring and managing team performance.
• Review the work and reports submitted by subordinates, make appropriate decisions, and escalate matters to senior management when necessary.

5. Other Responsibilities
• Resolve urgent operational issues and provide immediate troubleshooting support when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• Comply with and support the company's Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, Occupational Health & Safety Policy, and all other current and future company policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and spare parts suppliers regarding machine repair, maintenance, and installation projects.

• Male, aged 35–40 years old, Thai nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance management or a related function
• At least 1 year of experience in supervisor level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Communicative level in English (Lower intermediate level is acceptable)
• Have own vehicle and driving license [For traveling to work]
