• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Market Research, Data Analysis, or a related field. • Require working experience is financial industry at least 1 year • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an advantage. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Good command of English; Japanese language skills are a plus. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. |
