• Male or Female, Age between 30-45 years old.
• Thai Nationality • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field • At least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying • Good command of spoken and written English • Have an Engineer License (Associate) • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team • Well Knowledge of building structure. • Proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Experience in a Japanese company will be an advantage |
