• Act as the primary liaison between business users and system vendors, translating requirements into functional specifications.
• Monitor daily system operations, review vendor deliverables, and manage defect logs through to resolution.
• Support all implementation phases from requirements gathering through to go-live, including coordinating UAT and defect resolution.
• Maintain project timelines through effective communication and contribute to system and workflow documentation.
• Analyse systems to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with business teams on enhancements.
• Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and propose automation or digital solutions to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation, ensuring timely issue resolution and clear communication.
• Provide both technical consulting and client-facing sales support.

• Male/Female, age 30 - 35 years
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system specifications.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and identifying root causes (e.g. applications, databases).
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of system analysis, SDLC, programming, and databases.
• Experience in project management or system implementation is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to system integration, vendor coordination, or IT-related projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with business process analysis, system workflows, or digital solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge consulting and sales.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects end-to-end while driving process improvements.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
