Act as the main link between Commercial Engineering and the plant for thermoformed and injection molded products. Ensure smooth implementation of engineering changes, new products, and tooling plans. Work with engineering, production, purchasing, and vendors to meet product requirements, standards, and timelines. Perform other duties as needed.

- Be the main contact for engineering work at the plant
- Share updates on design, tooling, validation, and process improvements
- Make sure teams understand engineering documents and requirements
- Support plant readiness for projects (timeline, resources)
- Plan manufacturing for thermoforming and injection molding, including tooling and validation
- Join project meetings and give input on feasibility and tooling
- Work with suppliers on tooling and materials
- Coordinate tooling build, transfer, and upgrades to meet timeline, cost, and quality
- Support PPAP and product validation
- Check prototypes and pre-production parts; prepare reports
- Keep records of changes, tooling status, and validation results
- Create and maintain production-related documents
- Monitor plant/vendor performance and fix issues
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Read drawings and BOMs for troubleshooting
- Support audits and new product launches
- Travel occasionally as needed

- Any gender, Age 28-35 years old, Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in tooling, manufacturing, or product development (thermoforming or injection molding preferred)
- Hands-on experience in product development and validation (BOM, making WI for production)
- Able to read and understand technical documents
- Good communication and presentation skills, required intermediate level of English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Solid understanding of engineering calculations
- Tools: SolidWorks
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Power BI
- Able to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Open to occasional travel (both overseas and domestics)
- Can commute to work independently (No shuttle bus service)
