1. Oversee the recruitment and selection process for Operator positions.
2. Conduct employee orientation and introduce basic company rules and regulations.
3. Maintain employee profiles, manage employment contracts, process contract renewals, and control key documentation for all employee levels.
4. Track time and attendance, including records of overtime (OT), absences, late arrivals, and early departures.
5. Compile payroll data, verify OT, diligence allowances, and deductions, and inspect payslips.
6. Manage employee benefits, administer rights, and process Social Security and group insurance enrollments and terminations.
7. Coordinate employee training, including preparing training materials, documentation, and venues.
8. Handle employee grievances, coordinate initial problem resolution, support employee relations activities, and manage internal communications.
9. Ensure compliance with labor laws, audit document accuracy, prepare files for labor inspections, and enforce company policies.
10. Manage company uniform distribution and inventory stock control.
11. Build strong interpersonal relationships and remain approachable across all employee groups to identify and resolve workplace issues effectively.

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resources All functions
• Good English skills (E-mail, communication)
• Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• ***Good knowledge of labor laws, social security, corporate and personal taxes, payroll, etc.
Importantly, experience in visa and work permit extensions of all types, such as MOU, Non-B, Non-O, and other formats is required.
