• Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is standard. • Experience: 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. • Business level of English • Certifications: Professional certifications can be beneficial for demonstrating expertise and strategic knowledge. • Leadership and management: Ability to lead a team, motivate employees, and make sound, strategic decisions. • HR expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, conflict management, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations. • Business acumen: Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and how HR impacts the overall business. • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and align HR strategies with overall business goals, and to think critically and innovatively. • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to build relationships, negotiate, and communicate with all levels of the organization. • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues, develop effective solutions, and handle difficult situations under pressure. • Interpersonal skills: Empathy, integrity, and the ability to build trust, manage conflict, and work collaboratively. |
