・Assist the Regional HR Manager, based in Singapore, in the delivery of regional HRIS services and solutions. |
・ Male/Female, age around 28 - 37 years old
・ Thai Nationality ・ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline. ・ Professional certification in HRIS, HR Technology, or Project Management will be considered an advantage. ・ At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, preferably within a regional or multi-country environment. ・ Practical exposure to SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules, including implementation, support, and system enhancement activities. ・ Proven track record of conducting user training and providing functional support. ・ Proficiency in managing HRIS data uploads, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. ・ Experience in troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with technical teams for resolution. ・ Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Access Services (IAS) is highly desirable. ・ Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. ・ Comfortable liaising with stakeholders across different countries and cultural backgrounds. ・ Able to prepare clear training materials and conduct “Train-the-Trainer” sessions effectively. ・ Strong attention to detail, particularly in data validation and report generation. ・ Ability to interpret HR metrics and present information in dashboards or concise reports. ・ Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities. ・ Willingness to learn new systems and keep pace with evolving HR technologies. ・ Collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work independently when required. |
