• Manage team to monitor, analyze, report, and coordinate with Sales for strategy development & execution and performance result
• Manage team to support Sales for Data and Analysis Report, Marketing Activity, etc.
• Create and implement the idea to improve Sales Activity & Performance, Standard Operational Procedure, New Product & Service (including system improvement)
• Make the report & presentation material and conduct the training as assigned
• Support for making process of Annual Business Plan and Sales Target Plan
• Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned
• Other tasks as assigned

• Age:33-40 years old
• Gender: Male, Female
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathemattics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or or related fields
• Business level in English in writing and speaking (TOEIC 700 )
• Experience in Sales, Marketing or strategic planing field is a must.
• Strong ability to analyze the data such as sales performance, market situation, competition status, including future forecast
• Experience in auto leasing, rental car business is advantage
• Good team management skills
• Positive attitude, proactive working, multitasking skills, and fast learner
