Job description: General communication with Chinese production workers assembling truck bodies, including topics related to production, safety, quality control, wages, and welfare
• Interpret to support Chinese and Thai staff mainly in Production line
• Translate Chinese-Thai, Thai-Chinese documents
• Interpret and translate in meeting
• Handle related documentation work related Chinese employees (Visa Work permit, etc. ; company uses agency)
• Perform other tasks upon requests
• Prepare payment vouchers and checks for reimbursement of transportation expenses for the import and export departments on a daily basis.
• Record cost accruals from invoices received from the import and export departments of all branches that specify job numbers in the accounting system for each supplier, in order to process check payments or bank transfers on the 5th and 20th of each month.
• Prepare document withholding tax certificates.(if any)
