- Provide timely support and responses to management to achieve business goals.
- Oversee manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing across all departments.
- Advise and collaborate with line managers to address HR issues and implement effective solutions.
- Manage HR-related budgets and expenses to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee development training.
- Monitor and analyze labor costs including overtime to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Supervise and guide team members to enhance performance and effectiveness.
- Manage annual HR budget in alignment with company goals and policies.
- Support regional projects assigned by supervisor

- Any gender, Thai nationality, Age 35-45 years
- Bachelor’s degree pr higher in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 5-8 years of experience in HR management, including recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compensation & benefits management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in English (Prefer TOEIC score 800)
- Ability to collaborate with management and employees to drive HR initiatives effectively.
