เนื้อหางาน

• Create a plan, control, and standardize of production.
• Control production line run smoothly.
• Responsible for Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project.
• Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products.
• Solve the problem that happen in production line.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

1. Male, Thai nationality, Age 40-50 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
3. Over 8 years of experience in production management, preferably within the Manufacturing
4. Prefer candidates with experience in machine production such as NC laser processing machine, Sheet metal welding machine, Press bender, etc.
5. BOI business experience will be advantage
6. Conversational of English (TOEIC 600 or higher)
7. Able to work at Amata City Rayong
8. Experience in start up company will be advantage
