The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting sales activity and logistics operations during transition to a local subsidiary. This position requires a proactive professional capable of handling both administrative tasks and complex logistics.
1. Sales Administration: Issuing quotations, invoices, and managing sales
documentation.
2. Inside Sales (Spare Parts): Handling customer inquiries via phone/email and
proactively managing spare parts orders.
3. Logistics & Supply Chain:
- Controlling Triangle Trade (Three-party trade) operations between Japan HQ,
Thailand, and other regions.
- Managing both purchasing and sales logistics.
- Handling Import Customs Clearance procedures within Thailand.
4. Accounting & Admin: Managing expense claims, petty cash, and supporting basic
accounting tasks for the new corporation.
5. Reception: Primary contact for phone calls and visitors at the showroom.
