- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, clarify use cases, and align understanding among business and IT teams.
- Create BRD/FRD, user stories, workflow diagrams, and system impact analysis documents.
- Coordinate and support UAT — test planning, scenario creation, data preparation, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product owners to ensure requirement accuracy
- Monitor project progress, manage change requests, and support issue resolution.
- Able to support post-go-live validation and user training.
- Able to perform basic data checks or SQL queries for requirement validation.

Male or Female
25-40 years old
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Business Computer, or related fields.
-2–5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT projects or system implementation
Experienced in application development from system design, programing, testing, implementation
- Hands-on experience wriƟng requirement documents and user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and requirement clarification skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements.
• Good documentation skills (process flows, requirements, use cases).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and meeting facilitation skills.
• Understanding of system architecture or integration concepts will be advantage
• Ability to perform basic data analysis for requirement validation will be advantage
