1. Support new supplier approval audit.
2. Support internal/third party audit on company and their suppliers.
3. Support supplier performance evaluation and improvement.
4. Support collaboration with Engineering to identify risks of new product development, and review document control, BOM, spec and FAI.
5. Support collaboration with Engineering and supplier to identify risk of new product manufacturing process, FMEA and key product characteristics.
6. Support collaboration with Engineering and supplier for quality control, quality report and production yield of pilot production.
7. Support collaboration with Engineering and supplier to establish product standards, SOP, SIP, CP and reliability test spec.
8. Support review and follow up design change and quality issues in new product development stage.
9. Participate in supplier new production line audit and verification.
10. Participate in evaluation of supplier 4M change request and risk assessment.
11. Independently evaluate supplier production control (4M1E) to ensure company product/process requirements are met.
12. Participate in improving process control, product quality and production yield.
13. Participate in reviewing and follow-up open process/quality issues, SCAR and 8D reports with suppliers.
14. Support handling complex quality issues and customer requirements.
15. Support supervising and coordinating QC inspection works.

• Any gender, Age 23-30 years old, Thai nationallity
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering preferred.
• Diploma in the above fields may also be considered
• 1-2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
• Experiences in fiber optics industry will be preferred
• Good understanding of drawing requirements.
• Familiar with MS office.
• Good communication in Mandarin HSK 4 or above
• English: good reading and writing, basic listening and speaking
• Strong analysis skill
• Good reporting and can work independently
• Able to travel to China for training for at least 1 month or more
