• Base Salary: 35,000-50,000 THB (Depend on Experience)
• Medical allowance 416 THB/month
• Housing allowance 2,000 THB/month
• Transportation allowance 20 THB/day
• Diligence allowance (Tier) 400, 650, 900 THB/month

Monday - Friday, 8.00-17.20

• Japanese Language allowance : Able to submit JLPT certificate any time
N1 = 5,000 THB
N2 = 3,000 THB

・Track project performance from Q(Quality), C(Cost), D (Delivery, perspectives.
・Monitor project progress and follow up on open issues.
・Identify project risks and issues, propose countermeasures, and escalate critical topics when necessary.
・Prepare project status reports and presentation materials.
・Coordinate project activities among related departments.
・Support project review, approval and lessons-learned activities.
・Support for projects aimed at improving work efficiency (projects that leverage IT to enhance
　work efficiency).

<Must>
・Male or Female / Age 26-35 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
・Experience in project management tasks
・At least 2 years of practical experience in a project management position
・Experience in cross-functional tasks with multiple departments
・Leadership mindset and strong ownership to drive project activities until completion.
・Good problem-solving and analytical thinking.
・Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up details.
・Good presentation and reporting skills.
・Communication skills, negotiation skills, coordination skills
・Practical experience with Microsoft Office

<Preferred>
・Knowledge related to the manufacturing process, R&D, HVAC, home appliances is preferred
・Understanding of product development process, design review, prototype evaluation, and mass production preparation is preferred.
・Basic knowledge of IT
・Experience using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate [Desktop, Cloud])
・Experience using Project management tools (such as iQUAVIS, Asana, Microsoft Project management)
・TOEIC score of 860 or higher, or equivalent English communication skill, is preferred.
・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 level is an advantage
