• Devise and implement integrated marketing strategies across both B2B and B2C channels, in close collaboration with the Head of Sales & Marketing |
|
• Thai Nationality, age should be at least 33
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Studies or a related discipline • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing, with a strong background in both B2B and B2C environments • Proven experience in retail marketing, with solid understanding of in-store execution, trade promotions and consumer behaviour • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive retail sales performance and brand visibility • Track record of successful product launches, ideally within consumer goods, healthcare or optical-related industries • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media, with the ability to integrate online and offline (retail) campaigns effectively • Analytical and commercially minded, with experience using data and KPIs (e.g. sell-through, footfall, conversion) to guide decisions • Highly organised and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Proven leadership capability, with experience managing and developing at least one team member • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, particularly in working with retail partners and key accounts • Good command of English, both written and spoken is required, • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Obtain a driver's license and own car |
