• Support and coordinate global HRIS implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation stabilisation
• Assist in managing project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements in collaboration with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Translate multi-country business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Support system configuration, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
• Monitor, track, and facilitate the resolution of system issues both pre- and post-implementation
• Act as a key point of contact for HRIS-related queries, providing guidance to regional HR teams
• Support data governance, system security, and compliance with applicable data protection regulations
• Maintain effective communication with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency

• Thai nationality, male or female, age around 33- 40 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in HRIS or HCM system implementation within a multi-country environment
• Good command of English in Speaking, Writing, and Listening is required.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms is advantageous
• Strong understanding of HRIS configuration, workflows, user permissions, and system integrations
• Ability to analyse HR data, produce reports, and support data-driven decision-making
• Proven experience in end-user support, issue resolution, and maintaining system stability
• Sound knowledge of HR data privacy, security, and compliance standards
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a project environment
