Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development & Optimization: |
- Any gender, Thai nationality, Age 28-37 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 5 years experience in Business development, prefer from Automotive or related industry - Experiences with "Used car business" will be advantage - Good command of spoken and written English with a TOEIC score of 700. - Excel & Power BI Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel are mandatory. Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI is highly preferred. Analytical & Financial Skills: - Advanced Data Analysis: Proven ability to analyze business data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and make strategic recommendations. - Financial Modeling: Strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to build financial models to forecast performance and assess the impact of new initiatives. (Beneficial) Strategic & Commercial Acumen: - Business Process Improvement: A strong aptitude for mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing more efficient processes. - Commercial Awareness: The ability to understand what drives profitability and to connect operational improvements directly to financial outcomes. Project Management Skills: - Project Coordination: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and drive projects forward according to a timeline. - Proactive Problem-Solving: A self-starter mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions independently. Interpersonal Skills: - Strong Communication: Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and analyses to various stakeholders, including senior management. - Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can work effectively with individuals from different departments to achieve a common goal. |
