• Use AI tools to analyse customer behaviour, sales data, and advertising/campaign performance.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support business and marketing decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to track performance and trends.
• Present data-driven recommendations to management.
• Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) across marketing and corporate planning activities.
• Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Finance, and other departments to align strategies and activities.
• Provide analytical support for cross-functional projects.
• Support tasks related to MTP (Mid-Term Planning), product planning, and YHD/YAG projects.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
