• Responsible for overall Quality Assurance (QA).
• Develops procedures for inspecting and reporting quality issues.
• Implements Quality Control (QC) processes and procedures to meet and exceed customer standards.
• Coordinates and communicates with company factories in other countries.
• Leads quality improvement projects in collaboration with internal and external departments for continuous improvement.
• Evaluates and ensures customer satisfaction regarding requirements.
• Collects and analyzes quality data to drive proactive solutions.
• Performs other assigned duties.
