Monday-Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 2 Saturdays / year (Feb&Aug)

• Handling customer claims and quality investigations.
• Operating and monitoring quality improvements and prevent action report abilities
• Demonstrated experience in executing test case and analyzing results
• Contacting and negotiating with customers and suppliers
• Visit suppliers and customers
• Prepare and issue the related report or documents. (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and IATF16949
• Other task as assigned

• Male or Female / Age not over 35 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineer of Automotive or Electronics parts, specifically in customer claims and quality control.
• Good English skill (Speaking/ Reading/ Writing)
• Proficient in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, 8D, Fishbone Diagram, etc.)
• Experience with quality tools and systems (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced skills in quality reporting and documentation.
• Basic computer skills (MS)
• Must have driving license

[Preferred]
• Advanced ISO certificate training
• Experience in audit ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 will be advantage
• Knowledge of hazardous substance control regulations (RoHS, REACH), IMDS reporting, conflict minerals compliance, and Green procurement practices.
