• Providing professional advice on M&A, Joint Venture, and fundraising to clients based in Southeast Asia and Japan.
• Providing potential targets for our clients to realize their strategic objective
• Advising on negotiating terms & conditions
• Advising clients on deal structuring
• Calculating of transactional values
• Making list of and finding local partners for client's needs(M&A, Joint Venture, and fundraising etc)
• Overall support for cross border M&A transactions
• Other related jobs

• Male. Female
• Age: 24~35 years old
• 2~5+ years of experience in M&A advisory in consulting firm, investment bank, or securities firm, or in related fields such as private equity fund or strategic consulting
• BA degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting is preferred
• Good command of English
•Japanese skills is preferred
• Experience in project management of cross-border projects is preferred
