• Work directly with R&D, Project Management, Operations, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to develop and release new products in accordance with NPI procedures. |
|
• Male/Female, age not over than 35
• Thai Nationality • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. • 3 to 5+ years of relevant engineering experience within the automotive manufacturing industry. • Proven track record in project management within a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary environment. • Must possess a valid Thai Professional Engineering License. • Strong technical foundation in engineering principles, manufacturing processes, NPI workflows, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and BOM management. • Intermediate or above in verbal and written English communication skills; conversational Japanese speaking and listening skills are considered an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. • Strong presentation, negotiation, convincing, and problem-solving skills with a positive and proactive approach. |
