- Key Responsibilities 1. Own and manage indirect spend portfolio covering engineering works, construction, capex, MRO, and general services across Thailand and Cambodia operations 2. Analyze category spend data using ABC analysis, TCO, and supplier risk frameworks — identify patterns and initiate cost reduction or process improvement projects 3.
