Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team in freight forwarding (Air / Sea / Cross-border).
2. Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and shipment documentation.
3. Prepare and manage documents such as quotations.
4. Liaise with carriers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
5. Monitor and update shipment status and communicate progress to customers.
6. Maintain accurate records in the system, including quotations, bookings, and sales reports.
7. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and assist with sales presentations and meetings.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:
• Open to any gender and age 23-30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics company.
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and relevant documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good command of English
