• Participate in coordination and presentation meetings as required.
• Design and prepare detailed M&E layouts using Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
• Develop, manage, and maintain 3D BIM models up to LOD 400.
• Produce technical drawings, including 2D and 3D schematic diagrams and shop drawings.
• Update and revise shop drawings throughout the project lifecycle, from production to as-built stage.
• Coordinate with internal teams and other trades to ensure compliance with BIM standards and procedures.
• Ensure all BIM models are fully compatible and that BIM data is accessible to all relevant project stakeholders.
• Manage the production of high-quality BIM models and shop drawings with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure drawings meet design intent and project requirements.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the department.

• Male/Female, age not over 40
• Thai Nationality
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in BIM modelling and coordination, preferably within large-scale construction projects.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, particularly LOD 400 standards.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
