• Lead and manage on-site construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, project schedules, and established procedures.
• Oversee the execution and supervision of system installation works as part of overall construction operations.
• Coordinate interfaces between various construction trades and system-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient site execution.
• Plan, organise, and control daily site operations, including manpower allocation and construction sequencing.
• Identify potential construction risks, constraints, and interface issues, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
• Manage and maintain construction drawings, inspection records, and all relevant site documentation.
• Attend site coordination and progress meetings, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and senior management.
• Review and endorse construction submissions, method statements, and installation documentation.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and vendors carrying out on-site works.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce quality standards, and ensure full compliance with safety regulations and applicable codes.
• Review and verify subcontractor progress reports, billing claims, and supporting documentation.

• Male/Female, age around 30 - 40 years
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in construction projects involving complex systems or high-specification environments.
• Proven hands-on experience in fibre optic–related construction works, including ISP/OSP installation, radio or communications site installation, LAN or structured cabling works, cable containment systems, and rack installation as part of construction activities.
• Good command of English
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and basic BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, site supervision, and the coordination of multiple trades.
