• Coordinate with existing oversea customers(UK customers)
• Assisting in business development in all export and sales obligations
• Monitoring the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Procure a variety of electronic components with competitive prices and good quality
• PCB Assembly Cost calculation (obtaining component quotations and performing costing work)
• Organize and Coordinate samples as necessary
• Handling invoice issue, Debit Note, Credit Note
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure deliveries are handled efficiently
• Coordinate with other supporting team within organization
• Delivery management and follow up shipping document

<Must>
• Male/Female, age 24-35 years old
• Business-level English proficiency or higher (capable of conducting meetings with native speakers), as the role involves handling UK clients
• Bachelor’s degree (in Business Administration or a related field)
• Sales experience in manufacturing industry,especially electrinics
• Experience as a sale in Electronic industry will be advantage.
