• Lead and manage IT infrastructure teams across network, systems, cloud, and security functions, including resource planning and allocation
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, including conducting performance reviews and supporting career development
• Define and implement a technical capability development roadmap for the team
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and system integration projects, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget
• Review and validate High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) prior to implementation
• Manage managed services and IT operations, ensuring SLA compliance and effective incident and change management
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical consultation and reviewing proposed solutions
• Manage budgets, vendors, and contracts, while ensuring compliance with security standards and risk governance
• Provide technical leadership across enterprise infrastructure domains, including:
>> Enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, firewall, VPN)
>> Server and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
>> Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and hybrid cloud environments
>> Infrastructure migration and modernization initiatives
>> Backup and disaster recovery solutions
>> Cybersecurity infrastructure (firewall, endpoint protection, SIEM integration)
>> Data center transformation and optimization
• Oversee Service Desk operations and provide first-level IT support to internal users
• Act as the main point of contact for IT-related issues and inquiries
• Manage internal IT communications, including announcements, newsletters, advisories, and follow-up notices
• Handle IT asset management, including procurement, inventory tracking, and maintenance of equipment such as computers, laptops, and telecommunication devices
• Monitor IT systems and infrastructure, and prepare regular operational and status reports
• Maintain and update the internal IT knowledge base to improve service efficiency and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards

3. Data Centralization and System Standardization (Very Important)
• Manage systems mentioned in items 1 and 2 in compliance with HQ (Japan) standards through centralized management

Example tasks: Maintain and update user lists for all systems, create and update policies and user manuals (translated and referenced from Japanese), manage access rights, enforce personal data protection (PDPA), and audit data security measures

5. Driving System Development and Improvement
• Propose and implement new systems to support company growth and enhance operational efficiency across departments

• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues using SQL

· Only Male, ages is not over 45 years old. ( prefer around 29-38 years old)
· Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering / mechanical engineering / electrical or related discipline (Master degree will be an advantage)
· Requires 2+ year of managerial experience. (this position need taking care of staffs)
· At least 5 years in heavy Factory or manufacturing.
· Deep knowledge of maintenance engineering and copper manufacturing background will be advantage.
· Six sigma or Lean six sigma certificate is a plus
· Able to communicate in English
