- • Raw Material Requirements Planning Manage both in terms of taking care of the source of raw materials. Check the required materials. Until ordering when raw materials are insufficient. • Control Purchase order process both of local & oversea. • Analyse price proposals and other information to determine reasonable prices. • Manage the Sourcing & Supplier Performance Management resources of the Company. • Procurement strategy planning. • Responsible for continually supplying the materials and services required by the company. including controlling procurement costs Material Assurance Verify purchase orders or contracts of materials and MROs are completed and meet requirements.
