Quality Control & Defect Analysis
• Identify root causes of casting defects using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, and FMEA.
• Implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Perform hardness, microstructure, and chemical composition testing.

Process & Material Optimization
• Optimize casting and heat treatment conditions to ensure product quality.
• Apply knowledge of cast iron, cast steel, and other alloys to daily production.
• Evaluate how hardness, microstructure, and chemical makeup affect machinability.

Supplier & Team Collaboration
• Audit suppliers and offer technical guidance to maintain quality standards.
• Work with the machining team to fix issues and smooth out production workflows.

Communication & Reporting
• Present technical reports and action plans in English to Japanese management.
• Align engineering practices with Japanese manufacturing standards.

• Age 33-45 years old (if less than or more than 2-3 year, please send for consider)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Must have at least 10 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Practical experience working for a casting manufacturer or foundry industry.
• Knowledge of cast iron, cast steel, and other casting materials
• Experience in root cause analysis of casting defects
• Understanding of the relationship between hardness, microstructure, chemical composition and machinability
• Ability to analyze problems related to casting conditions and heat treatment conditions
• Ability to provide technical guidance to suppliers and conduct process audits
• Ability to carry out root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions when defects occur
• Experience with hardness testing, microstructure analysis, and chemical composition analysis
• Experience in root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, FMEA, etc
• Experience in improving casting quality in cooperation with the machining team
• Experience working for a Japanese company or in the automotive parts industry
• Ability to communicate technical matters in English with Japanese managers
