Job Responsibilities

- Sell sealant products and waterproofing solutions, including roof and rooftop waterproof coatings.
- Present and recommend products to construction project clients, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare product samples as assigned.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure work is delivered according to company standards.
- Develop new customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Manage and build relationships with designers, interior designers, contractors, and construction project clients.
- Cover sales territories in Bangkok and surrounding areas, with occasional business trips to other provinces.

- ขายสินค้ากาวยาแนว (Sealant) และงานกันซึมดาดฟ้า หลังคา (Waterproof Roof Coating)
- แนะนำสินค้ากลุ่มลูกค้าโครงการก่อสร้าง, สาธิตสินค้า, ทำชิ้นงานตัวอย่างตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ประสานงานกับทีมผลิตและติดตั้ง เพื่อส่งมอบงานตามมาตรฐาน
- ขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ พร้อมดูแลลูกค้าเก่าอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่ม Designer, Interior, ผู้รับเหมา, โครงการ
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในเขตกรุงเทพฯ ปริมณฑล และต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience selling paint products or waterproofing materials.
Previous experience in construction materials sales.
Own a personal car and possess a valid driver’s license.
Able to work in Bangkok and the surrounding areas, with occasional business trips to other provinces.
