• Manage and optimize overall inventory levels accurately to achieve maximum operational efficiency while preventing out-of-stock and dead stock situations. |
|
• Male/Female, age 29 - 35 years
• Thai Nationality • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • 6 to 7+ years of direct experience in Demand & Supply Planning, with supervisory or team management experience considered a strong advantage. • Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and leadership with a proven ability to effectively manage and hold suppliers and manufacturers accountable. • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high accountability for business targets. • High attention to detail with strong numerical analysis capabilities and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Proven ability to work effectively under high pressure and manage emergency or crisis situations. • Fair to good command of English communication skills. |
