Market Research & Client Acquisition:
• Survey and analyze the needs of government agencies; initiate contact and arrange meetings with government clients.
• Explore the market for new project opportunities and coordinate appointments with relevant agencies.

Sales & Presentations:
• Visit clients to present products and services, and prepare comprehensive presentation materials.
• Plan and organize meetings to demonstrate product samples and relevant technologies.
• Develop sales plans and strategies, and track/evaluate sales performance.
• Pitch additional sales opportunities, upsells, or product upgrades to existing clients.

Project Management & Collaboration:
• Formulate project work plans in collaboration with the team, and facilitate meetings between the internal team and clients.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues that arise.
• Update project status during weekly team meetings.
• Conduct internal team meetings to share information and identify new sales opportunities.

Documentation & Compliance:
• Prepare project-related documents and quotations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Draft, review, and verify project sales contracts and agreements.

Relationship Management:
• Maintain regular contact and conduct routine visits to nurture client relationships.

Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales handling government project-based clients
• Experience in selling technology products or electrical appliance accessories
• Experience coordinating with project clients such as government agencies
• Good understanding of government procurement and bidding processes.
• Strong skills in planning, strategic thinking, and sales management.
• Excellent negotiation and coordination skills.
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Management software.
• Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license (for client visits).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle urgent situations effectively.
