Job Description Supporting approved Suppliers for purchased component (Plastics and PCBA) for serial production.
• Works with SQE development for successful handover of new projects new components
• Creation and/or review of material inspection/test plan for new component(s) to be use in the plant
• Update inspection/test plan for components with drawing update and/or revision
• Perform verification of component Quality issue detected by IQC and/or Production
• Issuance of Supplier Quality Notification (SQN) in case of valid supplier or component Quality issue
• Supports in consolidation and coordination of Supplier related non conformance cost (Supplier charge back)
• 8D Problem solving review in case of non conformities
• Follow up annual requalification for the purchased component(s)
• Perform VDA 6.3 Potential or Process Audit at the suppliers in China, Thailand, US
• Perform auditing the Production lines according to VDA 6.3 Process Audit standard
• Update Supplier Quality Sheet (SQP Agreement)
• Update of Failure Catalogues
• Following up of PCN provided by Supplier (Changes of Process or Design)
• Tracking of new part from updated mold
• Follow up of requalification task at sub-supplier

・Male or Female / Age 28-40 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or a related field
・At least 3-5 years of work experience in QA/QC (Suppliers quality management)
・Good command of English
・Skills in Microsoft, Windows and Google applications
・Positive attitude; energetic, diligent, honest, and patient.

Requirements
• Certified VDA 6.3 Process Auditor (2023 version)
• Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools
• Knowledge of VDA 2 PPF (Triggermatrix)
• Knowledge of VDA 19 / ISO 16232 Technical Cleanliness
• Knowledge of VDA FFA
• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP procedures
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools (e.g. 8D, A3)
• Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, Risk analysis, 5why
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 Automotive requirements
• Knowledge of AIAG CQI 17 / 23 Assessment
• Knowledge of Quality tools and methods for process controls and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of Injection Molding processes
• Knowledge of PCBA processes
• Willingness to travel activities especially during supplier audit(s) (Problem based and/or VDA 6.3 Process Audit)
• Skills in de-escalation activities
• Skills in reading technical documents (drawing, specification)
• Skills in problem solving methods
