เช่นถ้าได้คะแนน 1.5 จะเอาไปคูณตรง KPI แล้วเงินเดือนจะเพิ่มตลอด Quater 3 เดือน , พอถัดไปก็จะประเมินใหม่ ในQ4
อย่างเช่นถ้าเงินเดือน 40000 จะแบ่งเป็น Base 32,000 บาท KPI 8, 000 บาท
โบนัสจะคิดจาก total ทั้งหมด คือ 40,000

4. Car ( ค่าซ่อมบํารุงรถ 18,000 บาท/ปี） >>> จ่ายตาม Actual มีบิลมาเบิก
5. Meal Allowance เบียเลียงรายวัน

7. Entertainment ค่าเลียงรับรองลูกค้า

1. Coordinate with sales team in regards to technical proposals and pitches to enterprise customers
2. Attend meetings with sales team in order to support the technical discussion sessions
3. Put together technical cases for the sales teams to support their proposals
4. Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
5. Provide consultation to the customers on product best practices and use cases
6. Ensure that the company’s services can meet the customer’s requirements
7. Work closely with customers to understand and gather requirements
8. Reply to customers following requests for information and proposal requests
9. Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team

1. Male or Female
2. Age 25-35 years old
3. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related;
*** 4. At least 2 years’ presales experience in CCTV/enterprise network related industry, have experience in leading large projects;
5. Good communication skills and sense of customer-focus, intermediate in English.
6. Have own car and driving license
7. Welcome candidate with Technology products knowledge
8. Able to travel in up country.
