Monday – Friday (2 Saturday/month) 8:00-17:00

- Establish and oversee the quality assurance and quality control systems in the production process
- Analyze quality issues, develop preventive measures and improvement plans
- Coordinate quality-related matters with suppliers/customers, including the Japanese headquarters
- Manage and supervise the QA/QC team to comply with defined standards
- Report directly to Japanese management
- Prepare quality-related documents such as 8D Report, Control Plan, FMEA, etc.
- Participate in meetings and communicate with the Japanese headquarters or customers in Japanese
- Other tasks as assigned

- Male/Female, age not over 40 yeas old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the automotive industry, or at least 8 years in the general manufacturing industry (management experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of quality systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Able to use measuring and testing instruments
- Capable of providing training and instruction
- Proficient in Japanese (Prefer JLPT N3 or above) and conversational level in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Have own vehicle to commute to work [No shuttle bus service]
