Job Descriptions

- Operate and oversee all production machinery (Cutting / Milling / Lathe / Machining Center).
- Act as Production Unit Leader to ensure smooth daily production operations.
- Communicate and exchange information with the Factory Manager and Production Control Department regarding production activities.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on machine operation and product inspection methods.
- Supervise and manage the production team to maximize machine capacity and efficiency.
- Create technical drawings and CNC programs for production using CNC / Machining Centers.
- Ensure operations are performed according to standard work procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports.
- Propose process improvement initiatives through Kaizen activities.
- Monitor and follow up on daily production results to ensure alignment with production plans.
- Prepare and revise work instructions as necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Comply with environmental and safety regulations, including maintaining 5S activities

Qualification Requirements Details

- Male, Age 30-38 years old, Thai nationality
- High vocational certificate of machine tool technology or above.
- At least 5 years of working experience in production on the field of machine tool technology, CNC / Machining center
- Able to use Solidcam, CAD, CAM program to design program follow customers' requirement.
- Knowledge of quality system : ISO9001 / ISO14001
- Able to use ERP system
- Able to use Microsoft program
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to use tools such as caliper, micrometer
- Able cranes and forklifts
- Have own vehicle for commuting to work
