• Study and develop new products/services.
• Create Business Plan (yearly) – Coordinate with related departments for collecting and input data to use in planning and forecasting.
• Create Monthly Report of SMAT Performance.
• Operate Research and Survey Activities (Yearly); Competitor Research, Customer Satisfaction Survey.
• Support online and offline marketing campaigns and strategy to increase customer awareness and attract new prospective customers.
• Provide ad-hoc support per request from the supervisor.

• Age between 30-35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Mathemattics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or or related fields
• Have experience atlease 8-10 years
• Business level in English in writing and speaking (TOEIC 700 )
• Good coordination & communication skills
• Good analytics skills
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Experienced in leasing business is a plus
• Experienced in planning project and preparing corporate report are also preferable
• Advance in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel are a must.
