- • Manage all technical aspects including the distribution or projects of Hikvision products •Provide products demo, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance for customers • Responsible for project management and project delivery • Advice the installation and configuration and how to use Hikvision Software. • Create, manage, and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed • Provide product and solution training for customers and users • Resolves user problems with CCTV Systems, Access Control, Turnstile, ANPR etc
