• Execute statutory duties as a legally mandated Transport Safety Manager (TSM) under Department of Land Transport (DLT) regulations, including handling pre-shift alcohol tests and driver health screenings alongside general haulage safety management. |
|
• Thai nationality, Male/Female aged 27- 35
• Bachelor's degree or a higher qualification, with a mandatory specialisation in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Accounting, or a related field. • Require a minimum of 5 years of combined hands-on experience in dispatching, transport coordination, or operations management (such as a dispatcher role) within a logistics provider or a manufacturing business, meaning newly qualified graduates or inexperienced candidates will not be considered. • Demonstrate a proactive willingness to attend a 1-day (6-hour) training programme provided by the Department of Land Transport (DLT) for experienced professionals and complete the TSM registration process immediately upon joining. • Exhibit full fluency in Thai for office-based tasks, clerical work, and telephone communications, coupled with essential computer skills including mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting systems, and ERP operations. • Show exceptional diligence, high precision in data entry, strong interpersonal and liaison skills, and an ability to balance multiple tasks effectively. • Benefit from previous practical experience within a transport or haulage company specialising in hazardous goods, chemical products, or industrial gases. • Bring deep comprehension of sales accounting procedures, especially concerning warehouse shipping documentation and factory invoicing workflows. • Receive preferred consideration if already holding a valid, DLT-certified Transport Safety Manager (TSM) qualification. |
