• Collaborate directly with R&D, Project Management, Operations, Manufacturing, and other internal cross-functional teams to develop and release new products for aggressively scheduled programmes in accordance with NPI procedures.
• Participate in internal design reviews for new products and act as the primary owner for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and test feedback.
• Assist in the definition, development, and implementation of manufacturing test plans for newly released products.
• Validate first-article production units (e.g., golden samples) and factory build processes.
• Communicate effectively with management, internal teams, and global manufacturing sites regarding new project progress and issue resolution.
• Provide clear direction to global manufacturing sites on specific requirements for new products.
• Support internal engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) reviews and Agile BOM implementation activities.
• Coordinate engineering change activities, including ECRs, ECNs, and VECNs.
• Manage the planning, creation, and distribution of new assembly and test instructions.
• Understand and comply with company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations relating to occupational health, safety, and the environment (HSE).
• Support the strategic objectives and targets deployed by the organisation and senior management to achieve intended outcomes.

• Male/Female, age around 25 - 32
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Thai Professional Engineering Licence (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of relevant work experience within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in project management within a multi-functional environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with customers and multiple levels of management with minimal supervision.
• Lower Intermediate level in English is acceptable
• Ability to communicate in Japanese will be advantage
