<Job Responsibilities>
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules according to demand and capacity
• Coordinate materials, manpower, equipment, and other production resources
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods
• Compile and analyze production results and on-time delivery performance
• Identify production delays, material shortages, and other issues, and coordinate corrective actions
• Coordinate with Japan Headquarters, other locations, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and related departments
• Prepare and maintain production reports, schedules, and related documents
• Support cost reduction, productivity improvement, Kaizen, and 5S activities
• Ensure production activities comply with quality, safety, and company procedures
• Perform other production control duties assigned by the supervisor

• Age: 33-45 years old,
• Gender: Male or female
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production control, production planning, or manufacturing operations
• Experience in production scheduling, output monitoring, and material coordination
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to prepare and analyze production reports
• Good command of written English : Intermediate level (Reading/Writing technical documents)
• Japanese Skill : Not required (Preferable if available)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and follow up on urgent production issues
• Driving Status : Need License ( No bus services so candidate needs travelling to work independent)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Experience in relay switch, push button switch, or similar electronic components assembly factory
• Experience in FA (Factory Automation) products manufacturing
• Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company
• Knowledge of production planning and inventory control
• Experience coordinating with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams
