1. Core Maintenance & System Control
• Leading and supervising the daily activities of the maintenance team and technicians to ensure efficient operations, minimal downtime, and high-quality outputs.
• Implementing, executing, and monitoring preventative and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs to maximize machine reliability and efficiency.
• Enforcing strict safety protocols on the shop floor, managing work permits, and conducting contractor safety inductions in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Coordinating daily and weekly maintenance schedules to support production targets, troubleshooting breakdowns efficiently, and optimizing technician scheduling to reduce unnecessary overtime.
• Overseeing the engineering spare parts inventory to secure over 90% stock accuracy while monitoring localized labor, material, and maintenance expenses against the department budget.
• Coaching and mentoring maintenance staff, identifying technical training needs, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

2. Capital & Project Support
• Supporting the Engineering Manager in executing CAPEX projects, plant layout modifications, and new machinery commissioning from execution to final handover.
• Supervising on-site contractors and vendors to ensure project timelines, engineering standards, and safety requirements are strictly met.
• Driving localized process improvements (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, OEE optimization) to reduce manufacturing costs and support the department's transition toward higher efficiency.

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• 3–7 years of proven experience in engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment (with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior engineer role).
• Experience in coordinating and executing CAPEX projects, machinery installations, or plant modifications (budgets up to 10–50 million THB).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to interface effectively between technicians and upper management.
• Good to fluent command of both written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and foremen, fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning.
• Solid understanding of operational processes, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Kaizen, and basic cost control/budget monitoring..
