• Core Maintenance & System Control (70% of Role): * Managing the engineering and maintenance team to ensure efficient operations, consistent quality, and cost optimisation.
>> Designing and implementing preventative maintenance programmes to maximise machine reliability and efficiency. >> Formulating and enforcing strict safety protocols, including permit and contractor induction systems, in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
>> Coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities to satisfy production targets and developing action plans to enhance line output while reducing overtime requirements.
>> Overseeing engineering spare parts inventory to secure over 90% stock accuracy while strictly managing labour, material, and operational costs against the budget.
>> Inspiring the maintenance staff, identifying training needs, and championing talent development and a culture of learning.
• Capital & Greenfield Projects (30% of Role): Directing large-scale Greenfield construction and engineering projects valued between 100 million and 1,000 million, driving execution from conception to final handover.
• Change Management: Steering the department through a transformative phase to lower manufacturing costs while meeting growing market demands.

• Male/Female age not over 50
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in engineering or maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Project Management Expertise: A strong track record of successfully managing major Greenfield construction or large CAPEX projects with budgets ranging from 100 million to 1,000 million.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills , including a background in industrial relations negotiations.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Experience navigating large, complex, and integrated organisations undergoing transitional change.
• A strong achievement drive with the motivation to surpass targets, make sound business decisions, and encourage continuous improvement.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams and a dedication to talent development and a culture of learning.
• Robust business acumen with a deep understanding of operational processes and financial cost management.
